What is your return policy?
We accept unworn bikinis and clothing bought from 858thelabel.com in new condition with tags and liners attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note all items marked final sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange. We do not offer store credit at this time. Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will go back on the original form of payment. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear. Please visit our return portal to start your return.

Can I exchange an item?
We cannot currently offer exchanges so you will need to return your items and place a new order. 

When will I get my refund?
You can expect to get a full refund to your original form of payment within 5-10 days of delivery. Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank provider to post the amount to your account.

When will my order ship?
YOUR ORDER TO SHIP OUT 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. THE TIME IT TAKES FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE AT ITS DESTINATION WILL DEPEND ON THE SHIPPING SERVICE YOU SELECT AND THE SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED. 

Once your order has processed you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

How Do I use my promo code?
First, go to your cart and click the checkout button. Once you reach the checkout page, you will see a Gift Card or Discount Code field on the right hand side of the page. Enter your code there and hit apply to see the price drop reflected.

How do I return a gift?
Simply email us telling us you’d like to return a gift with the email address used to purchase the item and their order number. If you do not have the order number, we can still assist with just the email address used to place the order.

Is it possible to choose when my digital gift card is sent?
To send a digital gift card at a specific time, we recommend sending the gift card to your own email address and then forwarding that message to the recipient at the time you choose.

I placed an order but forgot to enter the promo code at checkout, what do I do?
If you placed an order during a promotional period and forgot to apply the code, please email 858thelabel@gmail.com and we will adjust the price of your order if it abides by the terms and conditions of the promotion. :)

Are taxes and duties included in my international order total?
This will vary by country but duties and taxes will be calculated upon checkout if applicable to the order.

Returns
Our return policy stands for a period of 30 days from the original date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were purchased. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and flowers cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Exchanges (if applicable)
